90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Axura Intertrigo Relief Cream is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to send the product back. There is no return shipping to pay and no restocking fee.

How to request a refund

Email support@axura.co with your order number and we will take care of it. We reply within 24 to 48 hours, and approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, email support@axura.co with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to fulfilment quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible and we will stop it if it has not already shipped.
