and reason for return. We'll respond within

Conditions
Items must be unused and in original 
packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item arrived 
damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business 
days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received 
the wrong product, email us immediately at 
support@wunderplay.co with a photo and we 
will send a replacement or issue a full 
refund at no cost to you.
